Our Union Contract

Our contract is powerful – if we use it! It defines our rights and responsibilities as agreed by the Oakland Unified School District. OEA Site Representatives are at every school and department (e.g. nurses or teacher substitutes) to help you understand your rights and work with you to enforce them.
